Refund policy

1. Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You will need to purchase and attach a return shipping label to your package.

3. Condition of Items: All items must be returned in good condition. This includes:

  • Items must be unused and the original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Any items returned that do not meet Central Dispatch's standards of good condition will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please click here or contact our customer service team for further instructions and to receive a return authorization.
    • Please ensure you use the email you used to place the order to ensure the proper order is linked to your account.
  • Securely pack the items in the original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.
  • Attach the return shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.

5. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
